Steps to Take The Serve Salama Final Assessment

Step 1: Fill out the Test Request Form

Fill out the official Serve Salama Final Assessment Request Form with your full name and a valid email address. Make sure your email is correct—this is where your test link will be sent.

Step 2: Receive the Test by Email

Within 24 hours of submitting the request form, you will receive a personalized test link via email. Check both your inbox and spam folder. The test must be completed in one sitting.

Step 3: Take the Test

Open the link and follow the instructions below. You’ll answer multiple-choice and TRUE or FALSE questions based on the Serve Salama training. Avoid switching tabs or refreshing the page while taking the test.

Step 4: Submit and Get Results

Once you finish, click Submit to record your answers. Your score will be provided immediately, and your results will be reviewed by the Serve Salama team. You will receive your e-certificate or feedback by email within 24 hours.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Read carefully: Take your time to understand each question before answering.

• Answer honestly: The test is designed to check your understanding of responsible alcohol service.

• No time limit: You can work at your own pace, but the test must be finished in one sitting.

• Pass mark: You must achieve at least 80% to pass. If you don’t, review the modules and submit another request to retake the test.
